By using imageresize.cc, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

Service Description

imageresize.cc provides free online image tools — resize, convert, crop, compress, increase image size, passport photo cropping, and share images via secure links. Process in your browser; download to your device or share online.

No warranty — use at your own risk

The service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We do not guarantee that outputs meet any legal, government, or third-party requirement.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Upload, process, or share illegal content
• Use the service for automated bulk processing without permission
• Attempt to bypass rate limits or security measures
• Share malware or harmful images through the sharing feature
• Use the service to harass, threaten, or harm others

Image Limits

• Images: maximum 10MB per image, 10 images per batch (unlimited batches per session)
• PDFs: maximum 25MB per document
• Active shares: automatically deleted after 48 hours maximum
• Storage: 50 MB in My Active Shares per session (auto-delete oldest when full)

Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload, process, share, and download through our service. You must verify that your use complies with applicable laws and third-party rules. We do not monitor, scan, or review user content. We reserve the right to remove content and ban users who violate these terms.

Passport and ID photos

Our passport photo tool crops and resizes images only. It does not verify compliance with government or visa photo rules (background, expression, head size, etc.). You must confirm requirements with the relevant authority before submitting any photo. imageresize.cc is not liable for rejected applications or compliance failures.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, imageresize.cc and its operators are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including data loss, corrupted files, rejected documents, or unavailable share links. Shared images are stored temporarily only. Always keep backup copies of important images.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
